Great. They took there time doing the install and really went above and beyond running wire in a house that was not necessarily friendly to that endeavor. When the camera system was installed we adjusted  the angles together to get the perfect shots and they gave me a good tutorial on how to review footage, along with using the app. Very friendly, skilled and very competent. Best of all....competitatuve pricing. Highly recommend!!!! 

Steve installed an alarm system with a doorbell camera at my Mom’s home. He was on time, very professional and easy to work with. So much so, I also had a system installed at my house. We had a little trouble with the system disconnecting from WiFi, we were unable connect ourselves-Steve stopped by and reconnected for us. Outstanding post sale customer service!

Everything went perfectly during our initial install. We weren’t properly set up inside the home for everything. Steve let us know exactly what was needed, once we got the update completed, Steve came the next day to get everything set up, and even fix an issue that I could have myself, I just didn’t know. He’s very thorough in making sure that we understand all of the functions of our system before leaving.
